Debbie'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large pieces chicken
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    crackers
    butter
Preparation
    Boil chicken 30 minutes.
    Cool, then remove bones.
    Cut into bite size cubes.
    Mix soup, chicken and sour cream in a casserole dish.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Melt 1/2 stick butter and mix with cracker crumbs.
    Top chicken with crumbs.
    Bake for 15 minutes more.
