Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 soft ripe avocados, mashed
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 large tomato
    salt and seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Peel, finely chop and drain tomato.
    Combine all ingredients; cover tightly and chill.
    Serve with crisp tortilla corn chips or raw carrot and celery sticks.
    Yields approximately 2 cups.
