Low-Fat Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 large potatoes, sliced
    1 large onion, diced
    2 cans Healthy Request vegetable soup
    1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. ground turkey
Preparation
    Spray skillet with nonstick spray.
    Cook turkey and onions in skillet.
    Peel and slice potatoes; put in pan and parboil.
    Drain. Take a casserole dish and put potatoes in bottom.
    Then put turkey and onions on top of potatoes.
    Mix soups together and pour over top of casserole.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 to 40 minutes.
