Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. evaporated milk
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    6 slices white bread
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage; drain.
    Remove crust from bread, butter and cut into cubes.
    Put buttered bread into bottom of 11 x 14-inch Pyrex dish.
    Spread crumbled sausage over bread, then put layer of cheese.
    Beat eggs and milk.
    Add salt and mustard and pour over mixture.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
