Rhubarb Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation

In mixing bowl cream shortening, sugar and egg.
Combine flour, soda and salt; sift.
Add alternately with sour cream to the creamed mixture.
Fold in rhubarb and spread in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
