Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. walnuts (optional)
    raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Combine salad oil and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
    Add sifted ingredients and mix.
    Add carrots, nuts and raisins.
    Pour into two 8 x 8 x 2-inch or one 13 x 9-inch well-greased and floured pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
