Caramel Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light cream
Preparation

Mix butter, corn syrup and sugar together; stir and simmer 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add cream.
Return to heat; cook until sugar dissolves, then add vanilla.
