Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can tomatoes, chopped
1 can pinto beans
1 pkg. Mexican corn bread mix
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
Preparation
-
Brown meat and drain.
Add tomatoes and pinto beans and simmer.
Mix cornbread mix with egg and milk.
Pour meat mixture in baking dish, then pour cornbread mix on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
