Cucumber Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Water in top of a double boiler
    1/3 c. Dry Milk Powder
    1 Tbsp. Flour
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1 c. Cucumber, grated
Preparation
    Brown 1 pound of ground beef, drain well.
    Add one drained (15 oz.) can kidney beans, 1/4 tsp salt and a splash of water.
    Simmer 10 minutes or until dry.
    Chill the meat and bean mixture and add to the cold salad.
    Serves 10 to 12.
