French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/8 tsp. vanilla
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix well with fork.
    Dip bread slices into mixture, both sides. Cook in 2 tablespoons of shortening or oil. Just enough to cover bottom of skillet.
    Turn brown, flip to the other side until golden.
    Serves 3.
