Lemon Cheese Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow pudding cake mix
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. oil
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix together cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly, reserving 1 cup.
    Lightly pat remaining mixture in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Beat together cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and remaining 1 egg until light and smooth; spread over baked layer.
    Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup crumb mixture.
    Bake 15 minutes longer; let cool.
    Cut into bars.
