Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sugar
16 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can Pet milk, chilled
few drops yellow cake coloring
2 graham cracker crusts
Preparation

Add boiling water to Jell-O and put in freezer; almost let it jell.
While this is setting up, cream sugar and cream cheese together.
Add vanilla and lemon juice.
Mix all real well.
Set this aside.
