Soyo Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts or thighs
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown chicken in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Add sugar, soy sauce and water.
    Let cook on low 1 1/2 hours or until soy sauce has soaked into chicken.
    Serve with yellow rice.
