Cranberry Cloud - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh cranberries
2 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. unpeeled, cubed green apple
1/2 c. seedless green grapes
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Chop cranberries, coarsely, in food processor.
Combine cranberries, sugar and marshmallows in large bowl; stir gently. Cover and chill 1 1/2 hours at least.
Add apples, grapes and walnuts.
Stir gently.
Fold in whipped cream; cover and chill at least 1 hour.
Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
Yield:
6 to 8 servings.
