Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 pkg. frozen corn tortillas, thawed
    1 can hot enchilada sauce
    2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    oil
Preparation
    Brown beef and salt to taste.
    Mix sauce and tomato juice and heat.
    In skillet, warm 3 tablespoons oil, placing 2 to 3 tortillas at a time, and turn enough to get limp.
    Place in casserole dish and add meat and other ingredients.
    Fold over and pour remaining sauce over them; top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
