Cranberry Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer chicken, cut up (3 or 4 lb.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced celery
1 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
1 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
Brown in a skillet in butter.
Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Saute onion and celery in drippings until tender.
Add cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce.
Mix well.
Pour over chicken.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, basting every 15 minutes.
