Chicken Paprika(Serves 4 To 5) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
    salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. chopped fresh tomato
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sweet paprika
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Salt chicken parts.
    In heavy 1-quart saucepan, fry onion, tomato and paprika.
    Heat until light haze forms.
    Add chicken and lightly brown.
    Add water; cook about 1/2 hour or until chicken is done.
    Remove chicken.
    In bowl, stir flour into sour cream with wire whisk, then add to mixture.
    Simmer 6 to 8 minutes until sauce is thick and smooth.
    Return chicken.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve over noodles.
