Rotel Sauce(Dip) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage (1 lb. hot and 1 lb. mild)
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1/2 large block Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain and pour into crock-pot.
    Add tomatoes and cubed cheese.
    Cook on high for about 1/2 hour.
    Turn down to low heat and simmer until desired thickness.
    Serve warm.
