Low Calorie Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 lb. lean round steak
1 Tbsp. margarine
16 oz. canned tomatoes
1 1/2 c. sliced onion
1/3 c. diced celery
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Cut steak into four pieces. Pound flour mixture into steak.
In heavy skillet, melt margarine. Add meat and brown on both sides.
Add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat and simmer for one hour.
Serves 4, 315 calories per serving.
