White Fluffy Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. Karo white syrup
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. water
2 egg whites

Preparation

In double boiler mix with hand mixer ten minutes.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Spread on cake.
