Hot And Sour Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken broth
1 c. pork, sliced in thin strips
4 pre-soaked and sliced Chinese mushrooms
1/2 c. pieces bamboo shoots
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 cake tofu, minced (optional)
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 c. water
Preparation

Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil and simmer 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients.
When soup clears, turn off heat and stir in 1 beaten egg.
Add a few drops of vegetable oil.
Garnish with finely chopped green onion.
Serves 4.
