Impossible Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. can coconut (1/2 c.)
Preparation

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well.
Pour mixture into a buttered 9-inch pie pan.
Pan will be full.
Bake for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until brown and set.
Allow to cool before serving.
The pie will make its own crust and golden topping.
