Snow-Capped Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or chuck
    1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix lightly.
    Place in a deep cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Spread with potato topping.
