Farmer'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
    3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 cup cooked ham, diced
    1/4 cup green onions, sliced (optional)
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease a square 2 quart baking dish.
    Put potatoes in bottom of dish, then sprinkle with cheese, ham and green onions.
    Combined rest of ingredients and pour over potatoe mixture.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Serves 6.
