Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

1 qt. strawberries, quartered
1 c. sugar
1 (15 oz.) pkg. folded pie crusts
1 c. cubed fresh rhubarb
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries and sugar. Mix well until the sugar dissolves. Have pie crusts ready in pie plate. Add the remaining ingredients to the strawberry mixture. Mix well and spoon into the pie crust. Place the top pie crust on top of filling. Cut slits in crust. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the crust is golden and filling is bubbly. Allow to cool slightly before serving or chill until ready to serve. Makes 6 servings.
