Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. pumpkin
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
3 1/4 c. flour
1 c. nuts (optional)

Preparation

Mix together pumpkin, sugar, eggs, cooking oil, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add salt, soda, flour and nuts (if desired).
Bake in Bundt pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 70 to 75 minutes.
Freezes well.
