Upside-Down Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    6 slices Canadian bacon
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    8 oz. crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 egg
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Cook bacon.
    Heat butter in a 10-inch round glass dish at 400\u00b0 until melted.
    Arrange bacon slices on bottom of dish so they overlap.
    Spoon pineapple over bacon.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Mix milk, egg and Bisquick.
    Carefully spread over pineapple.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Run knife around edges and invert on heatproof plate right away.
