Chicken With Armenian Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    young pullet or large fryer
    water
    1 c. extra fine noodles
    1 stick butter
    2 1/2 c. Uncle Ben's long grain converted rice
    5 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Rinse and pat dry chicken, either halves or quarters. Sprinkle with Crazy salt and rub generously with paprika.
    Place in roasting pan and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
