Easy Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cut green beans, drained
    1 c. green peas, drained
    1 c. sliced carrots, drained
    1 c. corn, drained
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. mild shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. cheese Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, soup, shredded cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour mixture over veggies.
    Crush the cheese Ritz crackers.
    Mix with melted margarine.
    Sprinkle mixture over top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, covered, and 20 minutes uncovered, or until lightly browned.
