Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg or vanilla
Preparation
    Place milk and margarine together in a boiler and let come to a boil. Remove from heat. Beat eggs, sugar and nutmeg or vanilla with mixer until foamy. Add this to the milk mixture. Pour into a lightly baked pie crust and bake at 450\u00b0 until pie starts to brown. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting.
