Bananas Foster - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 bananas, sliced
1 jigger Triple Sec
1 jigger brandy
vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Melt butter and brown sugar in frypan.
Add sliced bananas and cook until bubbly.
Warm Triple Sec and brandy in another pan. Pour over banana mixture and light with match at once.
Pour over individual servings of ice cream.
