Blueberry Crunch Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 c. blueberries
1/4 c. shortening
2 tsp. baking powder
1 large egg
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening.
Add dry ingredients sifted together.
Add milk and egg beaten together, berries and lemon rind.
Put in 9 x 9 x 2-inch greased pan.
