Chicken With Olives And Lemon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut into serving pieces
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. powdered ginger
    1/2 to 1 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper or 2 tsp. medium salsa
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 bunch cilantro
    juice of 2 lemons
    1/2 c. flour or a little less
    1 c. green olives or less (stuffed)
    1 lemon, cut into wedges
    1 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Coat chicken with spices, pepper, garlic and cilantro.
    Place in baking dish and pour lemon juice over it.
    Sprinkle chicken with flour and mix to coat the chicken pieces.
    Add olives, lemon wedges and broth to dish.
    Bake for about an hour.
    Serve with rice or couscous.
