Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 tsp. grated onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/8 tsp. tarragon leaves, crushed
Preparation
    Toss all ingredients lightly but thoroughly.
    Wash mushrooms. Brush mushroom caps inside and out with garlic butter.
    Heat butter in 10-inch skillet.
    Add onion juice and all ingredients. Bake at 375\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
