Mushroom Cheeseburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 jar (2 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Recip-Ease baking mix, divided
    4 to 5 Tbsp. water
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
    Cook ground beef and onions in large skillet until beef is browned and onions are tender.
    Stir in mushrooms, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and 2 tablespoons baking mix; mix well and set aside.
