Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
    1 1/3 c. cooked Minute rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Prepare broccoli according to directions on package.
    Saute onion in 2 tablespoons Wesson oil for about 5 minutes (do not brown).
    Add mushroom soup diluted with 1/2 can water, cooked rice and cheese.
    Add broccoli and stir well.
    Put in casserole and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (Do not add salt and pepper, but you may add chopped mushrooms, if desired.)
