Baked Herb Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fish fillets (about 1 1/4 lb.)
    1/2 c. Italian-flavored bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg white, lightly beaten
    4 to 5 new potatoes
    1 small lemon
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and salt. Dip fillet in egg white and place fillets, one at a time, in a bag with the herb mixture.
    Make sure each fillet is coated. Remove and arrange fillets in a baking dish.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes (until fish flakes easily) or in microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes.
