Pasta With Chicken And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    1/4 c. olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 c. broccoli florets
    1 1/2 cans tomatoes
    2 tsp. dried basil
    6 drops hot sauce
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. bow tie pasta, cooked
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat oil on medium-high heat.
    Saute garlic until golden.
    Add chicken strips and saute until white and almost completely done.
    Add broccoli and stir-fry until crisp-tender. Add tomatoes, basil, hot sauce, wine, chicken broth and margarine. Cook for 3 minutes until heated through.
    Toss cooked pasta with chicken mixture.
    Serves 6.
