Mock Oysters Rockefeller - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 medium onion, grated
    4 oz. chopped mushrooms, drained
    sliced almonds
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
    6 oz. cheese spread with garlic
Preparation
    Cook
    broccoli\taccording to package directions; drain. In a medium
    saucepan, melt butter; add onion and saute until soft. Add soup, mushrooms, broccoli and garlic cheese spread; mix well. Keep hot and allow cheese to melt.\tAdd almonds and stir well.
    At serving time, bake in casserole at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Spoon into chafing dish; serve hot.
    Serves 25.
