Chicken Adobo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. frying chicken pieces
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. distilled white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. pepper
    6 large cloves garlic, pressed
Preparation
    Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry with paper towel.
    Combine soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, pepper and garlic in large microwave-safe casserole with lid; add chicken pieces, skin side down.
    Cover and microwave on High 10 minutes.
    Turn chicken pieces over; rearrange in dish.
    Cover and microwave on High 13 minutes longer, or until chicken is tender, rearranging pieces once.
    Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
