Broccoli Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen broccoli
1 can small peas (LeSueur)
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 to 1 c. crushed crackers
Preparation

Cook broccoli as on package.
Drain.
Arrange 1 package on bottom of a greased 2-quart dish and cover with 1/2 can of peas. Mix soup, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, cheese, onion and eggs to make the sauce.
Pour half of the sauce over the broccoli and peas.
Then repeat the process again.
Sprinkle the crushed crackers over the top and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 8.
