Spicy Chicken - cooking recipe

3/4 lb. boneless chicken
3 Tbsp. soy sauce, divided
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. dry sherry
4 tsp. water
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. minced ginger root
3/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 small onion, chunked
1 small green or red pepper, cut into matchsticks
1 small zucchini, cut into matchsticks
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cut chicken into thin slices.
Combine chicken and 1 tablespoon soy sauce in small bowl; let stand 30 minutes.
