Mom'S Papaya Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fresh papayas, cut in cubes
1 c. sugar
1 lime or lemon
2 Tbsp. tapioca (quick-cooking)
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Line pie plate with pastry.
Fill with fruit and cover with sugar, mixed with the tapioca.
Sprinkle lime juice over top with a little of the grated rind for delicious flavor.
Dot with butter.
Put on top crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
