Fried Dill Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 24 ounce jar sliced dill pickles (I use kosher)
1 cup of club soda cold
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
vegetable oil
Preparation

Drain pickles. Set on paper towels to drain juice. Combine salt, red pepper onion powder stir. Add club soda and 2 tablespoons pickle juice. Your batter will be lumpy. Dip pickles into batter. Fry pickles until golden brown.
