Peach Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    2 eggs
    16 oz. canned peaches, fresh peaches, sliced apples or 1 pt. blueberries
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add flour, baking powder, eggs and salt.
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour into 9-inch spring-form pan. Cover entire surface with fruit.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Squirt with lemon juice.
    Sprinkle with flour and cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let cool 15 minutes before removing.
    Serve with ice cream.
