Ingredients

18 cream filled chocolate cookies
1/4 c. melted butter
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 c. sugar
1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. cream (whipped and sweetened)
nuts (as desired)
Preparation

Crush cookies.
Add melted butter; blend.
Pat into 9 x 13 pan, reserving some of the mixture for the top.
Freeze.
Soften ice cream. spoon onto crust.
Freeze.
Heat sugar, milk and chocolate in saucepan, stirring constantly.
Bring slowly to boil until thickened; cool.
Spoon over ice cream.
Freeze.
Spread whipped cream on top.
Sprinkle nuts and remaining cookies on top. Freeze.
