Holiday Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. seasoning salt
    2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Soften cheese at room temperature. Cream and gradually stir in drained crushed pineapple until smooth. Add 1 cup of pecans, green pepper, onion and salt. Chill mixture well. Form into a ball and roll in remaining cup of pecans. Chill until serving time. Garnish with maraschino cherries and parsley. Serve with assortment of crackers.
