Cranberry Glazed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts, skin removed
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/8 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 c. dark brown sugar, packed
Preparation

Combine flour and spices on waxed paper.
Dredge chicken in flour.
Place butter and onion in medium frying pan and heat over medium heat until butter is melted.
Add chicken and saute until lightly browned.
Combine cranberry sauce and brown sugar in small bowl.
Pour over chicken; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 4.
Nice served with rice cooked with chopped water chestnuts.
