Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. drained whole kernel corn
    4 tsp. sugar
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Blend biscuit mix, sugar, egg, milk and salt; beat thoroughly. Fold in corn and drop by teaspoon in 2 inches hot fat.
    Fry until brown.
