Chicken Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 recipe microwave roux
    3 c. chicken stock
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    sausage (optional)
    4 c. hot water
    2 c. cooked, boned chicken
    1 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place roux in 5-quart casserole.
    Add hot water, stock and chicken.
    Stir in seasonings.
    Cook on high 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
